نحن دزلي (Dizli)، منصة تسوّق وتوصيل للأسواق المحلية في العراق. الزبون يتصفّح المتاجر ويطلب، وصاحب المتجر يجهّز الطلب، والمندوب يوصّله.

2. ما نجمعه
نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لتشغيل الطلب والتوصيل والدعم الفنّي.

3. لماذا نجمعه
نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل التطبيق: تسجيل الدخول، توصيل الطلبات، إشعارات الحالة، وإصلاح الأعطال. لا نستخدمها للإعلان، ولا نبيعها، ولا نبني ملفات إعلانية عنك.
4. من غيرنا يستلم بيانات
Firebase — إشعارات الدفع فقط.
Sentry — تقارير أعطال فقط (بدون تتبع أو إعادة تشغيل الجلسة أو سجلات تفصيلية).
Cloudflare R2 — تخزين صور المنتجات والشعار وصورة المندوب.
OpenStreetMap — بلاطات الخريطة عندما تعرض عنواناً على الخريطة.
لا نستخدم حزم إعلانية، ولا نبيع البيانات لطرف ثالث.
5. الدفع
الدفع كاش عند الاستلام فقط. لا نجمع أرقام بطاقات، ولا محافظ إلكترونية، ولا بيانات دفع بنكية داخل التطبيق في هذه المرحلة.
6. ما لا نفعله
لا إعلانات داخل التطبيقات ولا شبكات إعلان.
لا نبيع بياناتك.
لا نعالج بطاقات ائتمان.
لا نتتبّع موقع الزبون في الخلفية. الموقع يُطلب عند اختيار العنوان فقط.
لا نستهدف الأطفال. التطبيقات للبالغين الذين يطلبون أو يجهّزون أو يوصّلون طلبات.
7. حذف الحساب والاحتفاظ
لطلب حذف حسابك، راسل support@iraq-dizli.com من رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجّل في الحساب، واكتب أنك تريد حذف الحساب.
نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التوصيل والفوترة والامتثال. عند قبول طلب الحذف نعطّل الحساب ونحذف أو نُفرّغ البيانات الشخصية التي لم نعد بحاجة إليها.
8. العراق وحقوقك
الخدمة مقدَّمة في جمهورية العراق، والقانون الواجب التطبيق هو قانون جمهورية العراق، بما في ذلك قانون حماية المستهلك رقم (1) لسنة 2010.
يمكنك أن تطلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف حسابك عبر البريد أدناه. للشكاوى المتعلّقة بالخدمة أو بالخصوصية راسلنا على نفس العنوان.

1. Who we are
We are Dizli (دزلي), a shopping and delivery platform for local markets in Iraq. Customers browse shops and order, store staff prepare the order, and a shipper delivers it.
This policy covers the three Dizli apps on Android and iOS:

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run login, delivery, and support.

3. Why we collect it
We use this data to operate the apps: login, delivery, status push, and crash fixes. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not build ad profiles.
4. Who else receives data
Firebase — push notifications only.
Sentry — crash reports only (no tracing, session replay, or verbose logs).
Cloudflare R2 — product, logo, and shipper photos.
OpenStreetMap — map tiles when an address is shown on a map.
We do not use advertising SDKs and we do not sell data to third parties.
5. Payment
Payment is cash on delivery only. We do not collect card numbers, e-wallets, or bank payment details in the apps at this stage.
6. What we do not do
No in-app ads and no ad networks.
We do not sell your data.
We do not process credit cards.
We do not track a customer’s location in the background. Location is requested when choosing an address.
We do not target children. The apps are for adults who place, prepare, or deliver orders.
7. Account deletion and retention
To delete your account, email support@iraq-dizli.com from the phone number or email registered on the account and ask for deletion.
We keep order records as needed to operate delivery, billing, and legal compliance. When we accept a deletion request we deactivate the account and delete or empty personal data we no longer need.
8. Iraq and your rights
The service is offered in the Republic of Iraq. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Iraq, including Consumer Protection Law No. 1 of 2010.
You may ask to access your data, correct it, or delete your account via the email below. Complaints about the service or about privacy go to the same address.
